They apply to your use of this website. They do not set the terms of any purchase, lease or finance agreement — those are separate documents, and nothing here overrides or replaces them.

Equipment listings describe units we believe to be available and accurately specified at the time of listing. They are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer.

Specifications, mileage, hours and condition are recorded to the best of our knowledge and may contain errors. Availability changes throughout the day, and a unit shown as available may have sold since you loaded the page. Confirm anything that matters to your decision with us directly before you travel or commit.

Where a unit has photography, it shows that unit unless stated otherwise. Where it does not, an illustration of the body style is shown in place of a photograph — clearly, and never presented as the unit itself.

Monthly payment figures shown on listings, and any figure produced by the payment calculator, are arithmetic estimates from the price, down payment, term and interest rate used at that moment. The interest rate in the calculator is an assumption you can change; it is not a rate offered to you.

These figures are not an offer of credit, not a quotation, and not a promise of approval. They exclude taxes, title, registration and fees. Your actual rate, term and approval depend on your credit, your operating history and the lender.

Submitting the pre-qualification form starts a conversation. It is not an application for credit, nothing is submitted to a lender, and no inquiry is made against your credit file as a result of it.

A formal application happens later, separately, and only with your written authorisation.
