Three ways to sell
Sell it outright
We buy the unit from you. Straightforward when you are downsizing, changing what you haul, or getting out.
Trade it in
Put its value against something on our lot. One transaction, one set of paperwork, and the number is applied to what you are buying.
Consign it
We list and sell it for you. Takes longer than an outright sale and usually nets more. Worth asking about if you are not in a hurry.
Valuation
What the number depends on
- Year, make, model and configuration
- Mileage, or unit hours on a reefer
- Engine and transmission, and what has been done to them
- Tires and brakes — often the single biggest swing
- Aftertreatment history
- Records: the more you have, the better the number
Fill in what you know. A partial answer is fine — we would rather call you about a 2019 Volvo with roughly half a million miles than not hear from you at all.
